The Hydraulic Anti-Bottoming System is a pair
of enlarged bottoming cones that hydraulically eliminate bottoming
of the forks, independent of valving or adjusters.
Stock set-ups wait until the last inch of travel to
slow down the compression of the fork, resulting in an abrupt,
harsh bottoming clunk. Hydraulic Anti-Bottoming System
slows the cartridge rod bottoming piston progressively, 2.5 inches
before the end of the travel, resulting in a plusher, more progressive
feel.
Hydraulic Anti-Bottoming System is availale
in 3 forms: cones, pistons, or cone and piston kits. Depending
on your application, the required components will be supplied
to convert your fors to an anti-bottoming system. Installation
a qualified suspension technician is required.

This anti-bottoming kit replaces the rubber bumper
system wih our 2.25" hydraulic system. The kit includes all
parts required to convert the forks from rubber to hydraulic.
The system eliminates fork bottoming by slow the cartridge rod
bottoming piston progressively, 2.25" before the end of travel
resulting in a plusher, more progressive feel.
